Refund & Return Policy

 

At Just Matcha, we take pride in sourcing pure, organic, and authentic Japanese matcha. If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

 

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

 

A refund or replacement may be considered if:

 
       
  • The item arrived damaged, contaminated, or compromised

  • You received the wrong product or an incomplete order
  •    
  • There is a verified quality issue or defect

To be eligible, customers must provide:

 
       
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
  •    
  • Photo/video evidence clearly showing the issue
  •    
  • Product must be unopened and in original packaging (unless defect is internal)

Non-Refundable Items

 

Due to the nature of consumable food items, we cannot offer refunds for:

 
       
  • Opened or used products
  •    
  • Items damaged due to improper storage (heat, humidity, moisture)
  •    
  • Change of mind or taste preference
  •    
  • Clearance, discounted, promotional items
  •    
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external logistics issues

Time Frame for Claims

 
       
  • Damaged/Defective/Quality Issues: Within 48 hours of delivery
  •    
  • Missing Items: Within 24 hours of delivery

Claims made after these windows may not be eligible.

 

Return Shipping Costs

 
       
  • If Just Matcha is at fault, we bear the return or replacement shipping cost.
  •    
  • If a return is approved for another reason, customer pays return shipping fees.
