Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently ship orders within Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced later.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time Estimates
Standard delivery within Pakistan: 2–7 business days.
(Actual timeline may vary based on courier, location, weather, or public holidays.)
Proof & Unboxing Recommendation
We highly recommend recording an unboxing video for any damage or missing item claims.
Lost / Stolen Packages
Once a package is handed to the courier and tracking is updated, it is considered delivered. We will support you in filing a claim with the courier, but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
Undeliverable / Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Payment Policy
We currently accept:
- Bank transfer / deposit
- Credit/debit card (if enabled on site)
- Online payment gateways (if enabled)
- 100% advance payment for all orders
For wholesale / bulk orders, full payment is required prior to processing and shipment. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not offered unless explicitly stated during checkout.
Pre-Order Policy (if applicable)
Some matcha harvests or limited batches may be offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you agree that:
- Delivery timelines provided are estimates only
- Production or import delays may occur
- Pre-orders are non-refundable, except for verified product fault
